Quick day, quick learning

Today marks the date 17th Feb, 2022. We started our English session at 8 AM in the morning. Everyone is energized and fresh (of course) and I too with my daily cup of coffee.

Not usual day but today was something different because we were taking our class in the morning though it was scheduled 2:30 PM onwards.

In the beginning of the session, sir welcomed us (and we too😇). And  he showed us a video about how to analyze any literature (poem, story or essay). To be honest, it was my first time I knew that we follow steps while analysing literatures and I was quite happy to know all these because I was always interested in interpreting meanings of literally wrtings but I couldnot do so so well which I was willing so thank to Eak sir😊.

After the video, sir asked us to read the last poem of Joys of reading (because it is in the last chapter) named Ballad of the Landlord by Langstone Hughes. We read and we were asked to analyse this poem by using techniques as we learnt in the video earlier.

Sir gave us 15 minutes and we started to research  interpret whatever we can do possible.

Time elapses⏳
Now, is the time to present what and how we have analysed the poem (No bad and no good).

I started first..
I started the first to present whatever I have known or analysed. And I would like to provide you my assimilation over here:

We can understand that there was racial discrimination among people in the United States at that time which is even presented in some parts of the USA. Even the legal laws, media, and police are not in favor of black people though they appeal for their rights and freedom. So, I think these kind of discrimination and injustice should be removed from the society. All people should be responsible and treated equally. And everyone should fulfill his/her responsibility.

Besides this, I also got new ideas (definitely) from my colleagues as they shared their points. And it is beautiful to learn in this way.

9 o' clock
And we called off our session for day. At last our evergreen smiling sir, Eak sir shared a saying or say quote with us. Here it goes:

"If we treat pur neighbours or other people equally then the most of the problems will be solved automatically."

"Respect people as you want to be respected."

(And it was beautiful to learn from him. It was really a short yet effective session.)

Thank you🤌
